Dear
Jasmine Townhome Owners,
In the near future, the Homeowner Association will install keyed
locks onto all trash room doors. This is to help us mitigate unlawful trash dumping
that has occurred on our property at our expense. In 2015 and 2016 the HOA spent over $2,100
dollars on unlawful dumping and cleaning of hazardous materials dumped in the
trash rooms. We may not be able to prove
if such a resident at Jasmine did perform such in the past, but we will be able
to mitigate those outside the community from such actions.
All owners will be given two keys per townhome at no cost. Keys can be picked up at the next HOA meeting
or by coordinating with the Shane
Lussier (property manager at Cherry Creek HOA). The next HOA board meeting will
be held on Tuesday, June
27th, 2017, 6:30pm at The Copper Door coffee shop on 9th and Jersey
Street one block south of the Jasmine Townhome Property. Please have your ID and lease copy available
so that we can confirm keys are only given to townhome owners or to residents
with Owner permission.
If you unable to attend
the HOA meeting to pick up keys please contact Shane Lussier at Cherry Creek
HOA Property Professionals to have the keys delivered via U.S. Certified Mail
to the homeowners listed address.
If anyone other than the
listed owner wishes to receive keys then we will need written permission from
the owner(s) for the person who will be receiving the keys plus a copy of a
lease. Please contact the Property Manager and schedule a pickup/delivery.
If a unit needs to replace
lost keys in the future, the cost will be $5.00 per key.
On behalf of the association
board, thank you for helping us to solve
these unfortunate expenses. This will help us to direct homeowner’s dues toward
improvement projects on the property. We encourage all owners to report any
suspicious behavior on the property to the Property Manager.
