Jasmine Place Townhomes Association is located near 10th and Jasmine in the Mayfair area of Denver. The Community consists of 47 townhomes. Trash, water, sewer, landscaping, snow removal and exterior maintenance on siding and roofing are the responsibility of the Association.  Items such as spigots, chimneys, windows, doors, garage doors and soffits are Owner Maintenance Responsibility.

2020 Monthly Owner Dues are $355.

2021 Monthly Owner Dues are $355 (no increase.)

In light of the current COVID Pandemic, Monthly Board meetings are sent to owners via email invite the Friday before the meeting. 

New Rules and Regulations were adopted, effective November 1, 2019. Click here for a PDF version. A hard copy of these Rules will be mailed to each owner with the approved 2020 Budget and Payment Coupons.
