Looking Forward: Spring Reminders

As Spring approaches and we turn our attention outdoors this is a good time for some reminders.

Any exterior modification, such as landscape changes, patios, pergolas, new windows, etc. requires advance approval from the ACC/ or DRC Committee. Make sure to factor the application review into your project timeline.

If you receive a letter about painting or other maintenance items pleas respond to the letter with your plans to address the issue, this will ensure that the lines of communication are open and that the Board or committee can work with you on these items. This should be followed up with the ACC application if needed. We all want to work together to keep our community looking good.

At this time all winter holiday decorations should have been removed by 2/1 of every year from the exterior of you home.

March is usually a very windy month. Please ensure your trash is secured when set out on trash days to prevent it from blowing around the community.

On non trash days please ensure your containers are stored in compliance with Association rules Away from street view behind a fence or in a garage.
