On behalf of the Board, We want to thank everyone who attended Wednesday night's Members meeting. We had a great discussion and much appreciated feedback from our neighbors.
We ratified minutes from the prior (02/24/2015) Members Meeting by a unanimous vote.
By a vote of 21/2 we approved the 2016 budget with the dues increase to $300 per month.

Two new Board Members have been appointed via acclimation; Kevin Durham two years, Jesse Blum one year. Brian Joyce was unanimously elected to an additional three year term.
Your Board positions are; Louis Ruhlin - President, Morris Price - Vice President, Brian Joyce - Treasurer, Kevin Durham - Secretary, Jesse Blum - At Large.
We also had several residents volunteer for a Landscaping Committee; Karen Mellis, Marnie Brooks, & Kathy Gregorich. They will work hand-in-hand with the Board and Management Company reviewing Design Review Requests, Open Violations, Recommendations' for work to owners (Windows, Front Door, & Garage Door repair/replacements), and of course Recommendations' for plantings and appearance for the Community. We appreciate the commitment by these Ladies.
Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to all residents and are held on the third Tuesday, at the Copper Door Café at 6pm.
