You’re invited to participate in the city’s planning process for the East Area and provide thoughts on what you see as community priorities for the South Park Hill, Hale, Montclair and East Colfax neighborhoods.
The East Area-Wide Workshop will take place Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Park Hill Masonic Lodge, 4819 Montview Blvd., Denver. At this meeting, you can provide general input and participate in breakout group discussions on specific issues like land use and transportation.
If you’re unable to attend this meeting or if you have specific input you would like to share regarding the East Colfax neighborhood, there will be a neighborhood specific workshop on Tuesday, March 5. This workshop will take place at Ashley Elementary School, 1914 Syracuse St., from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Draft recommendations based on community input received at these meetings will be shared in another area-wide community workshop in May, and the draft plan will be presented at an open house in late June.
