Jasmine Place Annual Homeowners Meeting
Meeting will be at 6:30pm located at the Copper Door Café 932 Jersey St, Denver, CO 80220.
We will be discussing many items including:
- Election of Directors
- Review of 2015 Projects (Brick Walls, Façade, Roofs, Asphalt, Courtyard Drains)
- Review of 2016 Budget (Increasing dues from $230 to $300 per month)
- Review of 2016 Project Plans (Asphalt, Roofs, Landscape, Drainage)
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please send your Proxy via email or fax to establish Quorum to conduct business and save the HOA monies in having to re-schedule.
