Public Meetings Scheduled to Discuss Bus Rapid Transit for Colfax Avenue

DENVER, CO —  The City and County of Denver and its partners on the Colfax Corridor Connections project are hosting a fourth round of public meetings to discuss solutions for improving transit, mobility and accessibility along the Colfax Avenue corridor between I-25 and I-225.

The Colfax Corridors Connections team is excited to share the results of a focused, 1.5 year-long environmental analysis of Bus Rapid Transit and gather input from the community.

Public meetings will be held on January 20th in Denver and January 21st in Aurora. Briefings by the team, along with informative displays, will help educate the community about the findings of the environmental analysis and provide opportunities for community members to submit feedback to the project team.

The corridor is roughly bounded by I-25 to the west, I-225 to the east, 12th Avenue to the south and 20th Avenue to the north. More information is available at www.ColfaxCorridorConnections.com.
